I bought my kit 2 weeks ago. its the evic supreme and it has a puff counter on it

I have three bottles of ejuice and halfway through them already, 12mg average nic. I was surprised when I got to 10000 puffs in 2 weeks.

my question is, is this normal? I haven't smoked an analog since but I feel like im compensating with vaping

is there such a thing as too much vaping? what limits are there? what limits do you set yourself to?

Ha ha that's funny. There are no limits to vaping, and think about it... You have your Vape on you all day so it's much more accessible. More accessibility = Doing it more often. Plus, your body doesn't absorb nicotine through vapor as well as it does through smoke so we all compensate for quitting when we first start vaping. Don't worry about it and just be glad you're off the analogs!

I chain vape constantly at my desk. My brother threatened to install a light house with a fog horn the next time he came to visit. Seriously though, I go through about 6ml a day. Most of my mixes have zero nicotine, but I tend to blend them according to my mood. But then again, who's to say what's normal? I think people associate "normal" with common averages. Who gave those doctors a degree so they could call people crazy anyway? What if crazy people are really "normal", but just not average? The best thing to do is listen to your own body. It'll tell you if something is wrong and THEN you can deal with it. Don't sweat the small stuff and just enjoy your new freedom!

Im on the joyetech evic supreme, the screen displays the puff count whenever I vape so its always there. with a kayfun v2 clone

Glad to hear im not the only one vaping this much and maybe I'm just a bit paranoid.

I agree it might be the accessibility thing. when you can vape indoors you just do it all the time I guess. I had headaches one time but then I realized I just might be dehydrated, stopped vaping for awhile, drank lots of water and it went away.

I definitely feel vaping is a great substitute for smoking though, I feel healthier than I've felt in months and when I walk I don't get out of breath as fast as before.

Thanks for all the feedback I really appreciate them

You might just be getting a "head rush" from all of that fresh air that's attacking your lungs now.:p

I limit myself to zero cigarettes. ;)

You do "compensate". Nicotine absorption is different in vaping so it's not at all unusual for new folk to "chain vape". You'll adjust, your habits will shift to fit this new thing and you'll level off. Don't worry about it.

I don't have a puff counter and wouldn't pay attention if I did. They're cute but who cares? Too much nicotine, you'd make yourself sick (like headachy, nausea, "jittery" like too much coffee). Then you should certainly cut your nic level. But you'd have to work at getting too much nic by vaping. Like, don't drink your juice okay? :)

As smokers, we get used to having some level of nic circulating in our bloodstream all the time. And we maintain that level without "thinking" about it. You just knew you wanted a smoke. You've changed how you get your nicotine and you are trying to "compensate". But you'll unconsciously find your "level". It'll just "feel right".

Nothing wrong with vaping "a lot" anyway. I cut my nic level back so I could vape a lot. Because I just want to. I like vaping. So there!

;)

Judge it based on how you feel. Getting away from smoking is more important than a "puff count" anyway...
