If one was to fall out, I would look for it. If two fell out, I would rethink my use habits. If three of four fell out and are lost, I would return it.

In regards to those screws, I've never come across anyone buying replacement screws. You may want to check out fasttech or even the smok website.

Do you have a caliper? If so, take out the last screw and spec it. You can almost certainly order it online if you know what it is. If you have a caliper but don't know how to spec a screw, tell me the outer diameter of the threads, the distance from one valley to the next, the total length, and post a pic of the head and I'll spec it for you. Welcome to the board.

the only thing I can think of is carefully take the last screw out and go to a hardware store and see if they can match it up
This is the best bet but you may have to go to more than one store. Maybe find a store that specializes in electronics parts. Not everyone carries those tiny tiny tiny torx screws you will need. Iirc mod screws are generally t4-t6 headed, and god only knows the length and thread count.

Greetings All, I am looking for the tiny screws that hold the baseplate on the bottom of my battery clip in my SMOK MAG 225w TC. There are four of them, and 3 have fallen out. Can anyone help me with that please? I've been looking for a long time (on line) and I can't find them. THANKS!
Welcome and glad you joined.
Probably a #1 or 2 socket head stainless steel cap screw(s). Need to take the whole mod in to a fastener store and let them find the screw. Just, hit "like" at bottom right hand corner of this post if you need any more information and I (or someone else) can read your question and get back to you.
On the top right hand corner of this post you will find --"your name" next to "Inbox and Alerts"
Place the mouse pointer on your name. You will get a drop down and on the left hand side of this drop down you will find "Personal Details".
Click Personal Details.
In Personal Details, in middle of screen in gray, you will find "Location" Could fill that box line in.

I think, going off the pic, that those are the same screws used on laptops to hold the casing in place. If they have short threads and not long ones, my next guess would be the screws used to secure the hard drive in a laptop. Your best bet would probably be to take one of the screws to a PC repair shop to see if they have any matching ones.
