In my recent Minding Your Mechs testing of the brass Broadside mods Brizo, Immortal Modz Grip, and Purge Slam Piece the Brizo had the highest voltage drop.
Where does this voltage drop occur? In the threads? At the contact points? In this video I use a thermal camera to see where the heating occurs. This will point to where the voltage drops are.
