Pretty much a newbie here. So I need some help with the above, I recently purchased a lemo 3 and decided to try out the TC using the ecl ss316l (60-80w)coil provided (one with larger wicking holes)
I have set the device to joules entered 0.00092 tcr value and locked my resistance.
What joules temperature should I be aiming for?

Thanks

The "Q" will display real time coil temperature.

With the YiHi chips, simply set a desired temperature and then the joules depends on how long it takes to reach the desired temperature.

I usually start at 10-25J then hit the fire button while watching the display. If the set temperature is reached <=1second I may or may not adjust the joules down depending on how well the set point is regulated.

If the set temperature is not reached in <=1second I'll bump the joules up 5-10J until it does. Repeat if needed.

YiHi chips regulate better when your using the least amount of joules needed to reach the temperature set point within a reasonable amount of time as the mod will pulse width modulate whatever joules setting you have to regulate the temperature. To high of a joules sitting may result in a "pulsey" or "rattlesnaking" vape.
