Sounds to sweet for me,Sir:)
You might try a hazelnut, some of them are sorta creamy. Oba Oba by FA is a different marshmallow type I don't find to be sweet, made for tobacco's it's versatile in other mixes. Peanut Butter, Cookie, or Nut Mix would change the juice profile, though I find them to be "dry" and not sweet.

TFA Caramel and Butterscotch cannot be tasted by me also. Have not tried any other vendors yet. When a recipe calls for them, I have just use them. I have no real recipe success with them in the mix, just ok taste of recipe. I think I will start substituting hazelnut, butter pecan, or other creamy nut blends.
TPA peanut butter coming
If your looking for a peanut butter vape, I wish you luck. The PB is good as an enhancer but cannot deliver as a standalone IMO.

The only caramel I've tried that I can't taste at all is Hangsen's. It smells like caramel, but I just can't seem to taste it in my vape. Have you tried Capella's? The V1 Caramel is pretty strong, but it contains diketones.

Some of the best nutty flavors I've tasted are actually tobaccos. INW S'camel and HS Instrument are both super nutty with very little actual tobacco flavor to them.
