Hiding up a tree
Any combination of the myriad of creams/milk flavours available.
It will be a bit of trial and error to be honest, your best bet is to buy a few well known (and liked) flavourings and play about with different percentages of each until you hit 'Cubey's Crazily Creamy Strawberry Milkshake Mix'.

It is worth looking at some preexisting recipes to gauge what percentage to use each cream. Google 'e-liquid calculator' then click on the tab in the top right corner (users) then select flavor list and then search for your cream.
Recipes that contain the cream are listed on the search screen.

Hahaha!!! I like the name and I like your style! I just didn't know if there was a tried and true milkshake flavor that someone has found. I am aware of people's tastes varying and have been vaping Dr Crimmy's Strawberry Milkshake and I really like it, just looking to duplicate. I have a few flavor coming because I don't want to go overboard immediately, I'll wait to do that later on DIY [emoji6][emoji106]

I have done a shamrock shake and used the following as my base

tfa vanilla been ice cream 6%
tfa vanilla swirl 2%
Cap sweet cream 1%
tfa vanilla bean gelato .5%
cap marshmallow 1%

then you add your main flavor in my case it was tfa spearmint 4%
2 drops menthol
.5% koolada

This would be super easy to just put in about 6% cap sweet strawberry and the .5% koolada

I think have all of these with the exception of marshmallow and koolada, not sure what koolada is but if it works, I will have to get it.

the marshmallow makes it feel thick like a milkshake. you could skip it and add a bit more of the gelato
Koolada gives it that cold sensation without adding any taste. if you don't like menthols you can skip it
