OK, I understand that you should steep most e-juices and I also understand that it is helpful to leave the bottles open over night or for 24 hours.

My question involves doing so on the small plastic bottles that have the small needle squirt top on them under the cap. Do I remove that as well for better air circulation? It seems to me I should...

Comments/suggestions?

Yes. For most juices I get online I remove the cap and the squirt needle. I only let them breathe for no more than 8 hours before re-capping and shaking well. Then I'll let them sit a few days before breaking them open and tasting to see if they are ready.

Thanks for affirming my suspicion!

I do this as well but more like 4-5 hours on open bottles.

I've never noticed any change in any juice even left open for days. I'm trying again though with a particularly funky vanilla cola juice I just got. Doesn't taste like cola at all, and the vanilla flavor tastes really well... fake.
My ....ing kingdom for a sweeter cola or cola bottle flavor that doesn't warp silicon parts in tanks like one from a local place does, and doesn't taste burnt on anything higher than 3.3V like the one from canadaejuice. All other's I've tried taste like what cola would taste like if there was zero sweetener of any kind in it. Rant over. lol

If you have Two Bottles of the Same e-Liquid, why don't you try doing One with the Cap On. And One with the Cap Off.

Or pour half of one Bottle of e-Liquid into an Empty Bottle and do the Cap On/Cap Off Comparison.

The Results may Surprise you. And then again, they Might Not.

Try Copying n Pasting this into Google...

madvapes nicotine concentration over time

Not sure Why? But Madvapes links on the ECF Don't seem to work so good.

I found it via googling (SP?) Interesting results for sure! No where near the reduction I would have suspected by leaving open!

Yes I am enjoying them now, however most here agree that after 1-2 or more weeks the flavs will improve! So I gotta try it!

Depends on the flavor. i have found quite a few fruity flavors that are perfect right out of the box and gain zero benefit from steeping. of course youll never know if you dont try lol

My daughter likes to try new flavors as soon as we get them. If she likes them, the heck with steeping, she continues vaping them. Since I mainly go for creamy/custard/bakery flavors, I steep mine, caps on, in the toolbox that I have for vaping gear.

When we first started vaping, we knew nothing about steeping. I would order eliquid for both of us once a month, trying to anticipate how much we would both need, and stick to the budget. By the time the order arrived, we would both pretty much be out of eliquid from the previous order, and so we just grabbed whatever flavor from the new order sounded good and vaped it FOOB. Luckily for us, the vendor we were using had quite a few flavors that tasted good to us without steeping. The rest of the order naturally steeped, caps on, in the mailer envelope until we grabbed them.
