Yes vaping is allowed in Spain and they are sold in some phamacies. It is worth noting however that it is illegal in Spain to sell electronic cigarettes containing nicotine so most of what you see in Spain does not contain nicotine. I recommend ordering online from UK or maybe even Gibraltar.
You can get anything you want with or withouth nicotine in Spain, dont need to buy it in Gibraltar or UK. Dont know where you got that information from. Obviously or you dont live in Spain, or you dont move around here, also ignoring all the stuff available via spanish based supliers in internet.
Cigar Spain is an online Spanish supplier and he does different strength nic juices and flavours, I havent bought from him yet so cant say what the service is like
Anything you want, with or withouth nicotine is available in Spain. The spanish based supliers can get you everything. There is plenty of them, just look at any of the Spanish forums. I believe a Gibraltar based suplier is trying to confuse here some customers.

Just google them, I didn´t want them to be clickable, nor say where I am buying from. Have no interest in nobody to buy from any of the sellers in the list, just trying to prove that the information from the Gibraltar based seller sandrita is not correct.
You are allowed to vape in Spain, there is no specific law about it, it is simply not regulated, as in many, if not most of the countrys in the world. In public places, bars restaurants it is forbidden to smoke. If you want to vape, you must have permission from the manager of the establishment. So far, all the restaurants and bars where I asked the waiter, if I may vape, allways gave me permission to do so, stating that it isn´t forbidden by law.
Wow I didnt realise that there was so many Spanish suppliers, thanks for the information guys I will have to look at them, the only reason i know about Cigar Spain is he is on ECF as a registered Supplier
We didn't mean to confuse matters although if you live in Spain you will be aware that only non-nicotine products are sold in stores! Fact. Commercial quantities are not allowed into Spain as they are in the UK or Gibraltar. The products we supply to pharmacies in Spain contain 0.0% nicotina.
That is not to say there are existing suppliers in Spain that are able to supply the demand.
No confusion meant and you may be interested to learn that the first link of a recognized brand I googled in frsoq's list had no mention of nicotine, only a selection of flavours.
I expect there are some great suppliers so stick to those who you trust and fulfill a fantastic service to those looking for an alternative in their local bodega.
