It's really fun, looks and feels cool, is enjoyable, tastes good, and doesn't have all the chemicals that cigarettes have. Doesn't smell, doesn't have nicotine (in my case) and doesn't have the negative side effects of smoking. It's also discreet. E cigarettes are not intended to be used as a product to help stop smoking anyway. Why would I choose to smoke when there is another healthier, tastier, more convenient option?

Probably because ecig vendors are not allowed to make that claim in advertising. We know better though.
"E-Cigarettes are strictly a consumer purchase, used as an alternative to tobacco cigarettes, for ongoing use. No intention to treat or cease a nicotine or inhalation habit is assumed by purchasing such a product; it is designed and sold specifically for continuation of such use. If people reduce or cease nicotine consumption by use of an ecig, or cease usage entirely, it is incidental to the primary purpose of the product, which is as a reduced-harm substitute for smoking."

They certainly can be used to help someone stop smoking, but currently that isn't what they're marketed as been intended for.
My point was, I don't vape to avoid smoking - I vape because I like it.

If you are vaping and have quit smoking... then it has defiantly worked getting you to quit smoking. Quiting smoking and quiting nicotine are 2 different things.
