OK i picked up a Mutant mod 26650 and trying to get the Sony VT 50 amp battery but cant find any shops that carry them. Are they still making them? Or whats a good substitute with high Amp rating?

I don't use 26650 batteries, but I believe this battery has not been around for a while.
BTW, it was reviewed on BudgetLightForum a while back by HKJ: Test / Review: Sony SE US26650VT 2600mAh (Green). He figures it's closer to a 20A continuous battery and 50A is a burst rating.
HKJ has been around for a while and knows what he's doing. From his website: How is the test done and how to read the charts.
