As far as I know, smoktech is the company that manufacturing some pv and cartos, they sell in bulk quantity. I haven't try to buy from any mfg company like that since they usually have a minimum qty order (50 units as a sample or something like that).

I ordered Friday from them. I wouldn't worry any. I've seen CigarMan, the owner, around the forums for a while now and seems to be a pretty stand up guy. He has a couple threads going in the supplier forum.

Just got my first order from SmokTek the other day. Prior to ordering I had bugged Rob for days with various questions. He was always prompt with an answer and very helpful. Right before placing my order I had a last minute question and called him. He took the time to answer my questions and chit chat a bit. Great guy, very helpful.

I have nothing but good things to say about SmokTek. They're gonna have my repeat business for sure.

Most of the suppliers are easy to reach on the forum by PM. There are a few that have PM's disabled, but not CigarMan. He responds almost immediately to a PM. My first order should be here today or tomorrow. I've finally found a supplier that doesn't have "limits" on how much/quantity you can purchase. For me that is excellent, I like to purchase in a large quantity. I pretty much have been limited to purchasing in quantity from China. I'm rather pleased that I don't have to do that any more.
