Smok alien vb 1.0.2

Hello, i did the update to vb 1.0.3 but the screen keeps on flashing.
Now i downgraded the smok alien to vb 1.0.2 but the screen keeps on flashing???
Can anyone help me please?
It wont connect to the programming tool NuMicro isp programming tool v1.44.
It only connects to the programming tool NuMicro isp programming tool 2.00
If i don't remove the batterie's and go to settings update then yes
hold the fire button and then connect.PLEASE HELP!!!

Could try three additional avenues of inquiry:
Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will replace or advise.
If above fails, You Tube is a great source of information. Could type in "YouTube: smok alien up load problem".
