Smok Alien 220w OHM Too Low

Hi all,
I was vaping ok yesterday but suddenly I got this error on my Smok Alien 220w "OHM Too Low" I change the coil a few times but still the same error. I have an Aspire Nautilus that I hook up to the Smok Alien and lowered the watts to 16 and it work ok, unfortunately I don't have any other tank comparable to the TFV8 Baby tank that came with the Alien kit to test it.
Seems that the my TFV8 went bad or so.
Have any of you guys had this error and know how to fix it? I google it all ready but no one has any reasonable explanation or fix.

Sorry no haven't experienced it. Have you cleaned the 510 connector Mod & Atty?

Thanks for replying, yes I did it with alcohol let it dry and put the them together but no luck

You may just have a bad coil. Which Baby Beast coil are you trying to use?

Hi and welcome. Which coil is going bad on you? It might make a difference.

I all ready test 5 coils 0.15 ohms coils, same error

update was trying my Aspire Nautilus on the Alien but it give me also the same error, so confusing it may be the mod

Sounds like it is the mod. Maybe check the manual on how to reset or reboot the system.

Did a hard reset and first it tell me no coil with the TFV8 then change it to the Aspire Nautilus and it give me the same error "OHM Too Low"

Probably a bad 510 connection in your mod.

I think it is probably your mod. I'd consider taking it to a vape shop for diagnosis, and if they can't figure out the issue, you could look at warrantying it. A bad connection seems a likely possibility, but it could also be something with the electronics, I guess. Best of luck with it.

Thanks, I will take it to one of my near stores and see if they can figure out, unfortunately I think is out of warranty, I got it around January this year, so it only last around 7 months.
