I was looking into this device online and I can get it for 70$ with two battery's. I was wondering if I had to buy and battery charger for this device or I could charge it from the device.

Yep, you are going to need a charger. There is no USB on the device but I still use mine a ton.

Never used the Fuchai. But I had the 150TC. I moved to the RX200 and the fit in the hand is really really good. Plus you can get it online for $45 then get 3 battery's, a charger and still maybe come out 10 bucks cheaper. I like the rx for the hand fit and never have to worry about it tipping over. Plus the rx200 allows firmware updates and some use onboard charging. I use an external charger though to be safe.

I like my Fuchai, but I must say that my ancient IPV 3 ramps up faster and hits a little harder than the Fuchai. It's minor, but it's there. I'd still buy another Fuchai in a heartbeat.

Fuchai doesn't have on-board charging, which is as it should be with any replaceable battery mod. Buy a good charger, 18650's and on-board charging don't mix well, IMAO.

Based on the fact that most of the battery issues are from internal battery chargers, no matter what device I buy/use, I suggest always using an external battery charger.
