Sigelei Chronus Shikra

Hey guys.. I’m beginning to think I’ve made a huge mistake but i thought the new sigelei chronus shikra was a cool looking mod so I purchased one. I got it in and it said update... so I start trying to research what to do. I can’t ever get it to update, it says it’s not connected and I’ve done all the research I know to do. I messaged sigelei and it’s taking them forever to respond to me messages. It won’t turn on at all. Anyone got any suggestions what to do??

If you're using fully charged quality cells inserted in the correct orientation and it won't turn on at all might be a dud. No new power device should need updating to function correctly.
Return for refund.

Might try reading owners manual, removing batteries press & hold fire button for 15 seconds re install cells.
Could be you somehow activated the 4 digit pin lock fiddling with it.

Again, a new device should function right out of the box.

If you haven't tried already, you might try using a Different USB Cable. Like one for your Phone that you know works when doing a Data Sync/Transfer.

Okay. That’s what I thought too. I’ve got a Wismec and a DNA never had a single problem out of either. I’m just going to send it back.

I also used 3 different sets of batteries. One set was brand new so... just my luck. Haha
