CHinese ejuice fell out of favor when american ejuices started to hit the scene. THE few US sites I found that list dekang, they only sell the most basic handful of flavors.

I found it on overseas sites though. Apparently it also goes by the name of "Notre Dame"

BTW: I found two sites that appear to be owned by Dekang and neither of them mention French Tobacco or Notre Dame. My guess is that this is a discontinued flavor and that any you do find for sale is old stock.

In vape, it's a terrible thing to become set in your ways because as a new-ish industry things change rapidly. Best to start looking for alternate flavors to satisfy you instead of looking for a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow.
