Screen Problem with Captain pd1865

I upgraded my device and had some problems with the screen of my device,my friend also has the same device with v1.3 without upgrading it but i downloaded the lastest version of the device from ijoy software which it says v1.2 now my screen is like this , is there any way that i can get back to the factory settings or something like that ? thanks for help

I checked out the manufacturer's website but couldnt find a way to get back to the default settings ..

local B&M Vape Shop (Visit) -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

I already got a new one from the manufacturer , im trying to repair the old one :)

In this case you might want to email Ijoy and ask them how best to fix/replace your defective product component. Perhaps you can buy a new component or a new assembly like the PCA.
