So I had some Dead milwaukee m18 battery packs and figured I'd pull em apart found 15 18650 Samsung's in them the boards where shot in the packs and some of the batteries are rusted so I'm Goin to bring those to a recycling place I was wondering if anyone had aby info on Chem of these if they're safe to vape with I found they are 1300mah and 18 amp max draw any other info would be appreciated

You need to post pics of the batteries and explain what is printed on them. Someone may be able to identify them from the pics or the markings on them.
Can't get a pic to post on here but it says Samsung inr18650-13q sdi 088 on the wrapper and it's a green colored wrapper
the 13q's are rated at 1300mah and 10a max discharge current (from what i could find). they'll work, but there are a bunch of better batteries both with higher capacity and max discharge. if i had already had them, i'd probably use them. i got some samsung 20r's out of a bosch battery pack that i took apart, and use those all the time.
