I honestly only see your reflection on the screen never saw it glow.

Looks to me like the mod thinks it is in stealth mode even though it may not be properly set. I would reload the firmware before trying anything else. Even possibly loading a different version of the firmware just to get it going. Failing that the display is actually defective.
This type of problem is usually caused by ejuice working its way onto the circuit board then causing a short circuit. I own 3 Rx 2/3 that are still working properly. I have had another mod (kanger) with the same problem you describe resulting from a leaking atomizer. The juice worked its way in through the 510 connector. I took it apart and found the pcb was soaking in ejuice.

did it work when you removed the juice and dried the 510?this is a typical 510 connector..Its the spring loaded 510 that we use to screw our tanks down on the mod (RX300 510 shown for reference)

Yes it did work but this was on a Kanger top Box Mini. It would be a matter of luck as to if it actually shorted a component. If the juice did kill a component then there would be no solution other than a new pc board. In my case removing the ejuice from the pcb and cleaning it carefully as well as the 510 did fix the problem. It was very difficult to reassemble the unit as there were some very small parts. I don't suggest this unless you are experienced with electronics.

i have an issue where when i tilt or tap the mod from the botton it just shutsoff , and it sometimes happens when im vaping and it just turns off . When it turns off i have to tap the mod from different angles in order to get it to work again. i haven't found anything about it online , so do you have any clue what the cause could be and how i can fix it
My brother had a similar problem..seems the contacts in the door(s) were dirty..He simply cleaned the contacts and fixed the problem...hope this helps
