Doood, I'm sorry (early in my coffee drinking). Uummm... DL and adjustable airflow.... The Cleto, maybe? The airflow's super adjustable, but I couldn't get low enough to not cloud up a room... I might ask this question in the tanks section, or check out tanks people are liking that are crossovers.
You can DL on an Nautilus 2 using the 0.7 coil, or even if you have the original Nautlius, you could put a 0.7 coil in there, maybe? I haven't done that. But, I can DL the Nautilus 2 if I want quite easily without room fog, using the 0.7 coil and the correct adjustment, but it does use a smidge more juice, the issue being that you will be refilling more quickly. I think it's almost easier to adjust a MTL tank that comes with sub0hm coils that aren't too intense than the other direction, but I haven't used a ton of DL devices. If you want to build your coils, then you have lots of options and oftentimes can build to exactly what you want. The Nautilus X survival kit might work for you too, it's a pretty versatile kit and also comes with a tank extender and a RTA deck, so you could try it in various fashions and I got the tank and kit for under $30, now I wish I'd vaped it to give a more definitive answer for you.
I honestly think it may be easier to setup a crossover tank from the "MTL" ranges than to lower airflow to where you want to get it, because if the coil has a low resistance which most DL tanks do, you're still going to be using enough wattage to give you some reasonable clouds, whereas there are "MTL" crossover COILS and airflow setups that might give you that experience on the right settings. Buying some 0.7 nautilus coils and putting them in your Nautilus might be a cheaper first step?
But, I'm not a DL person, though I've tried a couple. I hope you get your better answers soon!
Apologies for misunderstanding....
