So I dropped my eGo one XL, and now it won't hold a charge. I can vape it when it's plugged in, but after a puff or two after being unplugged it acts like it's completely dead. I have a couple of questions.. I bought it just short of a month ago, is it still under manufacturer warranty? I didn't buy it straight from Joyetech (I know they have credit card issues) but through myvaporstore, is there any way I can contact someone and send it in to get another? I think they might not accept it, there are two very slight needle-point sized dents in the battery that may reject a claim for manufacturer's defect.

Also, do you know where I can get another battery that will fire sub-ohm? I love the 0.5 ohm coils, as a very hands-off vaper I loved just being able to just screw it on and getting a sub-ohm vape. However, all of the ego one batteries that I can find online are sold out (myvaporstore, heavengifts, joyetech directly) in both sizes. I can use the 1 ohm coil and ego one atty with my mvp, but it won't fire with the 0.5 ohm coils. I would love to get another ego one battery, (maybe try the 1100mAh one this time, I had the 2200 originally but I charge it every night and I think I'd be able to make it through the day with 1100, gotta love that size) but is there any other battery in the price range or cheaper that would work for me?

By the way, by battery I don't mean batteries that I can put in a mech, I mean an actual firing device that I can screw the top of my ego one into and be able to vape at 0.5ohms.

Please let me know! Thanks!

Yes the 30w and 50w can both handle Sub Ohm 50 Watt down to .2 and 30w down to .4
Right now my out and about is the 30watt with an atlantis, at home I have my iPV3 with whatever I want on top. VW mods are more efficient with different toppers, currently running a 1 ohm dual coil on a MX at 40-50 watts on the iPV and its always massive flavorful clouds of fun!

iStick 30 watt/Atlantis and iPV3 with the subtank.

Also you have to consider the EGO One battery is basically a Mech, it pushes all the power until the vape starts to taper off. Something like the Istick regulates the power to make it consistent until its dead. The iPV uses replaceable batts so I know you weren't looking for something like that.

I contacted mvs and they said it sounds like a contact problem with the firing pin.. which it's definitely not. It turns itself off even without a topper.

Well you were very convincing in your argument! I guess those things are so popular for a reason haha basically a slimmer, stronger, more versatile, overall better mvp!

I've heard a lot of people have rattly buttons with it but whatever, I'm sold. Blue iStick 30W on the way! Thanks for your help man
