Just an idea, but there's a product called instamorph. Its small plastic balls that you put in hot water and they become malleable so you can form them into any shape you want and they just might adhere to a drip tip plastic. I've checked out the MSDS on them (for an engineering project), and it's safe for contact with skin. Honestly never tried to form a drip tip from them, but who knows it might just work

Good point Jayvapes. Argo, these drip tips should not be breaking. Mine never did and I've not heard about this from anyone else before. Now, the plastic molding process can get messed up and it's possible to get a bad one, but your experience is over multiple drip tips and multiple devices. I really think you're using something that's breaking these.

I would not try gluing them. Just not worth the risk of chemicals leaching out from the glue and messing you up.
