Basically as this industry is still unregulated or approved, there are no regulations. There are some vendors that present info about their process, however, there are no inspectors on site to verify claims.

Sorry guys but welcome to the new tech. Until the rules such as FDA and such get worked out, you will have to trust the vendors who have been around for a bit.

Beofer you run screaming fom the room. Lots of our members have done independant tests on both hardware and juices from various vendors. ya know, for lead and the like.

Nope. Have fun!

You'll see a lot of FDA bashing on these boards, and I, like others, am frustrated about the idea of an outright ban. However, this is *exactly* the sort of thing the FDA *should* be regulating, and I hope for the day these controls are in place.

But, you take the good with the bad, for now, if you want to vape.

I don't think anyone is bashing the FDA for wanting to make sure that what is in the device is what is stated. The problem with the FDA and ASH and the like is that even though there own tests on ecig carts basically proved the samples they tested were safer than analogs. They proved it but refused to admit it and cover their pursuit of a ban behind the guise that this is something for kids while we still have fruit flavored alcohol.

If the FDA in the slightest bit acted as if they had the interest and health of the general public in mind there might not be so much bashing!

The problem is that behind all of the FDAs stances you can smell, tobacco and I mean the big kind! Heck Pfizer's nicotrol inhaler has been on the market for over a decade and all they would need to do is vaporize it but then they could not charge like it was some wonder drug which by the way in its present form does not work. OH BTW, the little carts in the nicotrol inhaler looks surprisingly like the BluCig nicotine cart, foil and all.
JMHO.
