Hello Folks:

I've been vaping e-juice produced in the US, almost exclusively. Recently I learned that the Canada Border Services Agency will do spot checks and occasionally confiscate inbound e-juice that contains nicotine. An $80 order, from Halo, that I placed in early December 2014 is still sitting in the CBSA offices in Mississauga. I fear that I may never see this juice, although other orders, placed at a later date, have slipped past. Can you recommend Canadian producers of quality e-juice (with nicotine content)? I'm more concerned about quality and flavour than anything else.

Thanks,

Peter

Inside that Canadian subforum you will see a sticky thread on how you can request a Cdn vendor list.

Also, in addition to Jugheads (jugheads.co, my personal fav), I'd also recommend Dash Vapes (dashvapes.com). Dash makes some of their own but they also carry a fair number of US juices from Alien Visions, MBV, and so forth - you might be able to find a few of your US favourites there.

Stinky Canuck and Cold Turkey also have some good'uns.

Flavor Crafters have a few good flavors in their "tobacco" line, I like their RY4 and Export. I didn't like their sweets though, however please note that they are NOT using diacetyl, which makes it difficult to get yummy "creamy/buttery" flavor.

Oh, oh what is "diacetyl" and what does it do for e-juice? Is it good or bad?

Have you checked out the Canada forum? Lots of recommendations over there!

Welcome to ECF!

My apologies, I didn't know that a Canadian forum existed  Thank you.

Hi SuperTaz:

Just came back from our one and only vape shop in town and they carry some Flavor Crafters juice! Bought five 30 ml to play with :) I just went to the Flavor Crafters website and was very impressed; very professional with lots of ingredient and testing info. It looks like Flavor Crafters take their business seriously. I'm quite comfortable using their product and as confident as I can be that I'm getting the highest quality, least harmful ingredients available.

Also, I went to the Jugheads website, but it appears that they're not open for business. Does anyone know what that's all about? Just trying to hit as many Canadian vendors as I can to give their e-juices a test drive.

It's a substance used as a flavor agent to get a buttery / creamy taste. It's delicious. However: it was also used in factories making the butter flavored popcorn and some workers got ill, and this substance was suspected as being the cause. The mechanism is not fully understood. Also the consumers of the popcorn had no issues. One may decide to avoid it in vaping liquids. The problem is that there is no other good substitute for getting a similar flavor. So if you particularly like the creamy flavors, you'll be disappointed by those made without diacetyl.

Been getting great service from Dashvapes. They're a too far for me to visit so I mainly order stuff online from them, I buy most of my juice from them, got my Kayfun from them, my rDNA40, etc. They ship fast, on my first order of the year, instead of sending me the 50ml bottles I ordered, they gave me pairs of 15ml bottles and wished me a happy new year which was a nice touch.

I've also been thinking of ordering stuff from FusionFlavours when I get around to making some of my own juices.

Been getting great service from Dashvapes.

I ordered some Propylene Glycol and Ethyl Maltol Sweetener from Fusion Flavours recently. Their website was easy to navigate and the order was shipped within 12 hours of placing it; very happy. Also, this evening I sent an e-mail inquiry to Maple Leaf Vapes and they got back to with an answer in less than an hour! On a Saturday! I promptly placed an order with them. I've also had good service from East Coast Vapes. As I continue on my quest for the perfect e-juice, I will continue to patronize the various Canadian suppliers, including DashVapes.

Thanks BWeist. I'll give them a try. As I need to reorder e-liquid, I'll try to work my through other vapers' recommendations. I find it exciting to try new juices and vendors.

You're welcome Peter.
Some of the most popular are Kings Cream, G-Money, Jedi Slayer, Pistachio Ice Cream, Sinful Pleasures, Tree Of Knowledge and Lil Vixen. My wife and I have all of them and they are delicious.

Enjoy!

Can't go wrong with the selection at Vapemeet.

Juice

...some other good places up here.

Evaperated - Premium Canadian E-liquid Made in BC

The Blue Sky ..... flavor from them is awesome!

I've gotten a sample pack from a co-worker for X-Mas from E-cigarettes E-cigs E-Juice E-Liquid Ontario British Columbia Alberta Quebec Saskatchewan and so far the juices I got are pretty good.

I recommend Diamond Dust E-Juice from Diamond Dust E-juice
As well as makemejuice.com - Canada's premium ejuice source - Canadian ejuice. Tried a few of their flavors in a local B & M store and was hooked

But otherwise, Mt Baker Vapor is a pretty good choice for the USA. Cheap prices and good juices. My order should be arriving Tuesday from them along with my Gold Zamplebox order

You had asked about Jugheads. They're a boutique shop (Jughead is an actual dude and the only one who touches the juice) and they only open when they're not backlogged with orders.

Kinda quirky? Yep, but it's darn fine juice and over 400 flavours. They have a rep that spans the globe.
