Ready bought 30ml bottle of 50% PG/50% VG at 0.6 mg nicotine -- how many drops of flavor do I need to add?

Let's get one thing out of the way first.

Nicotine is usually measured in mg/ml or a percentage. When it is measured in mg/ml it is usually shortened to just "mg". The disconnect I am having in my brain is that 0.6mg/ml is so tiny an amount of nicotine that some government agencies may allow that to be called zero nicotine. I have no idea where a solution that has just a shadow of nicotine would come from. So I really must make sure what the actual amount of nicotine is. If it is actually 6% then it could be dangerous to vape straight as that is 60mg/ml, which actually makes more sense because that is a commonly sold strength for mixing.

So, how much do you know about where this solution came from and the labeling?

ETA: There are a few other important questions after this one, but those are meaningless, or could be dangerous, without this one.

Hi Hoosier, thanks for answering so quickly. Oops meant to say 6mg nicotine. I ordered this liquid from healthcabin.net in China and here is the site: phttp://www.healthcabin.net/index.php?main_page=index&cPath=1075_1117. Let me also state here that I have read your blogs and am in awe of your knowledge of DIY. Thanks for the help you can give me.

Ah, man, I can't even begin to say how bad an idea it is to start out at 30ml's...I've thrown away way too much crap mixes to ever think about starting with that much, but maybe you are much better off with money supply than I am.

If you want to go fairly large, but still not put 30ml on the possible drain coating list, then drip 88 drops of your 6mg base into a clean bottle and add 12 drops of the Capella flavor of choice. Shake, drip on atty, taste, add more flavoring if needed and repeat as needed. When you get close, stop, set it aside and try the next flavoring and repeat as needed. Sometimes the flavor can get stronger if it sits for a few days or weeks and if you hit one of those perfectly on the first go-around, it will taste like too little flavor after it steeps.
