LOL... Sometimes Autocorrect makes posts really hard to read. Took me a moment to realize that "Cloud poor mini" was actually the Cloupor Mini.

Now for the fun part...

There is no "best". There is only "best for you". You've got to decide what you want and what features are more important to you and make your decision based on that. Is dripping something you want to do? If so, you'll probably be a lot happier with an RDA rather than an RTA. If dripping is too inconvenient you'll want an RTA so you have the tank.

RTAs typically have more airflow adjustments, RDAs often have more total airflow. If you like a warm vape you'll probably be happier with an RDA, if you prefer the cooler vape then you would want an RTA. It's really all about figuring out what you want, and while people can throw out dozens if great suggestions, they're only telling you what they prefer which may or may not be what you're looking for.

So the real question is, what exactly do you want from your atomizer? What power range will you be wanting to run it at. How hot and how thick do you want the vapor? How easy or difficult would dripping be for you? How good are you at building your own coils? Is flavor or blowing clouds more important to you? How much juice do you want to consume per day? Etc...

Firstly, howdy! Welcome to the ECF.

Secondly, hmmm. You're looking for an RDA or RTA with not too much airflow but not too little airflow.. Do you have any points of reference? Have you tried any RDA's that you can say "this was too airy"?

YMMV, but I think "too airy" would be something like the Doge RDA (granted, the airflow is adjustable, so you can change it to however tight/open you want).

I think "too tight" would be something like a Tobh.

I can't really speak for RTA's as I've been going the Subtank route recently, and it's convenient and provides nice flavor/clouds.

I'm looking for more of a cool rather than hot I and I want something that is more flavor less clouds I'm a little bit of a wimp when it comes to clouds I'm looking for probably between .5 and 1.5 ohm build

A couple possible minor differences.
If flavor is of main importance, RDA is said to deliver more flavor than a tank.
Cost of equipment initial and ongoing may differ. I find RDA a little more cost effective. I like to change flavors during the day at least 4 or more times a day.

These single coil RTAs have excellent flavor and are more mouth to lung:

Rose v2
Lemo can be adjusted for less air
Kayfun
UD Aga t5
Gus Phenomenon
Eviva-t
EHpro Mini Buddha (also called Big Buddha Mini)
HCigar HC Plus
eXpromizer
Ataman II

Some of those are inexpensive and some are expensive. Not sure what you want to spend, although there are clones of some of the expensive ones.

With an RTA when you decide to change the juice what do you do about the atomizer or whatever it's called in the center do you replace it and how much are they normally, I might want to go with an RDA if it's Cheaper. I'm not the one who would be wrapping my coils, my boyfriend would be. He's the one who knows how to do that.

You just change the wick. I rinse everything off first, dry, rewick and then you can use a new flavor.

If you're wanting a cooler vape and have someone who can build coils for you then I would suggest an RTA. You'll find the tank more convenient to use, especially if you're on the go, and the longer chimney will give you a cooler vape than an RTA where your mouth is literally just an inch or so above the coil.

Now, I don't know how you feel about size, but if you don't mind a larger tank then I would highly recommend checking out an EhPro Squape R clone. They cost around $40 for ones that come with 3 swappable decks. They've got the widest range of airflow adjustments so you can do anything from a tight mouth to lung to a straight lung hit with no problems with it. It's REALLY easy to build on and rewick. Almost fool proof. It would take you just minutes to learn how to rewick it yourself and get it right every time. It's unbelievably simple. I can remove the deck and rewick one in less than 3 minutes.

You can do subohm on it with no problems. With the W deck you can run high VG juices if you want to do that. It has great flavor and can blow some really big clouds with a subohm build and the airflow all the way open. You can remove the deck to change coils and rewick without having to empty the tank of juice first. They also make a "Bell cap" tank for it which makes it a little smaller and the tank is entirely see through rather than being mostly steel.

This is the standard Squape R

I recently started using a bottom feeder and it seems to give me the best of both worlds. I can use it as a dripper or just add juice with a squeeze.can do it single handed without taking my eyes off the road when driving..airflow is fully adjustable and it gives me better flavor than my RTAs. a cheap way to explore bottom feeders would be the terminator from fastech. $25.51 Terminator 18650 Drip Nebulizer Vaporizer Kit - 10ml / 1*18650 at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping I have one and like it so much I just ordered a second one. I build mine with a single 1.7 ohm coil and it works great with the airflow turned down bit it would easily handle a dual coil sub-ohm build with batteries that can handle the low resistance safely.
