SO i got these in this week and have been playing with them extensively first up is the griffin clone off of the big auction site.

Griffin 1:1 clone - 15$

Surprised at the small size of it. 22mm looks alot smaller than 24mm.

my first build was terrible. i over estimated the space available and had to recoil.

2nd build was twisted 26g ka1 5 wraps. dual coil. fit fine. however while reassembling the tank i realized there was no collar to hold the wicks in place. i assembled and put in about 2mls of juice. i had the flow holes closed. once i opened them with top cap on and venting closed off the juice slowly started leaking out.

i tried saving the juice and disssembled the tank. well without that collar holding the wicks they spun when putting the chamber on, thereby allowing all the juice to evacuate.

I was pretty ticked and i dont recommend NOT using the collar. though a review or two said it was optional.

I ripped threw the parts baggie that came with the tank and found the collar.

recoiled a smaller diameter 6 wrap twisted 2 strand ka1. dual coil. rewicked and tucked them into the collar.

well she rips like a champ now. build is at .21, however if i go above 2.5-3v i get a dry hit.

i vaped through a full 3.5 mls in under and hour. This thing rips through juice.

my intention for this tank was ot throw on my walkabout mod (topbox 75w TC). looks great and fits well. but with how it rips through juice i may just end up up continuing to use the topbox mini rba.

final result : i like it. but have to experiment with coils to achieve desired vape and juice consumption rate.

Geekvape Avocado 24mm - Authentic - $24

LOVE IT!!!!!! omg i may never throw an rda on again.

i run this thing in single coil mode with the ceramic in so i can tilt one way and juice the wicks.

running it on an eleaf 100w tc and it fits flush and is perfectly flush/even witht he outside of the mod.

running a SS .3ohm build nets a nice warm cloudy vape.

WHat they say is true. the flavor is banging. and it is so much easier to fill this and not have to drip every 4 rips or so. i get a good hour or two out of one fill.

For the gamers out there. this tank is a must to let you get that RDA feeling without the constant fill up.

I like it so much i am going to get another just for a spare.

i wont throw my RDAs out as i have a bunch of SS clapton wire coming in for massive builds on my mutation/rx200s combo. but for conveinence dripping flair this thing is awesome. SO SO Satisfied.

jjust wanted to throw some user input in on these two

Well after my 3rd fill up on the griffin. The entire tank leaked out again. I assumed that during topcap removal something loosened.

So I retightened everything. Closed all holes and filled again... Was fine for 15 minutes and leaked again. Slow leak.

So I dissembled it. I will rewick with a thicker section of cotton and try again. I'm guessing that the cotton may not have been thick enough to fully close the juice holes.

On a side note. Everything I fully dissemble the tank. The cotton holding ring comes off inside the chamber. I'm guessing the tolerances between the ring and chamber are very tight so that. The juice creates enough. Friction to unscrew the wick ring...

Have others had issue WI th the juice ring coming off with the chamber?
