questions about pre mixed bases

I'm considering to purchase this base

VPG 70/30 PLUS, 6 mg/ml - Inawera Flavors

It's a 70/30 mix with nicotine @ 6mg
1l for around 30 euro


It seems almost too good to be true, it'd work out to around 25p per 10ml + flavouring 20p + bottle 10p = 55p, slightly more costly but extremely convenient.

Questions:

Are there any down sides to buying a pre-mixed base?
Will the nicotine be distributed evenly?
Will I always get 6mg per ml and a 70/30 ratio?
Can I just add flavour concentrate and go?

If you want your final product to be 6 mg, you'll have to get a higher nic %. Otherwise, adding flavors will dilute it.

You should have some better Nic available right at home, VT in USA is getting UK sourced Nic so...

I got 120ml PG/Nic @ 100mg and poured it into a 240ml bottle, then filled it up with PG to make it 50mg nic.

You could use a calculator and add the PG/VG to make it 60/40.

Fill the rest of the bottle with all VG and have 50/50.

You'll only use a little bit of this in a final mix of PG/VG so...
