Question about Ego T's variable voltage settings? Anyone?

So on the Ego T Upgrades and I think the Tornado C I have, there is the option to change voltage settings. One the light is bright white on the battery, and the 2nd option is an orange dimmer color. Which one is the best to use when using a mini nova tank system? What do these different options mean?

not sure which battery type you have, but this should be similar [Joyetech] Joye eGo-C Upgrade 1000mAh Battery.

changing the voltage helps you key in on the best power to use on the juice you are using and the resistance of the atomizer. it is a small learning curve. You will however see better flavor and vapor depending on how you set the power to in accordance to the juice and atomizer.

Note: Adjusting the voltage higher will tend to lead to shorter battery life between charges, but better performance in some cases. depending on the notes above.

White is regulated 3.3 volts I believe. Amber (I think they call it orange, but on mine it's kind of "not quite white") is unregulated which starts at ??? 3.7 ??? and will slowly decrease as it wears down to 3.3. I only use cartos, but I get a better vape on the unregulated mode.
