Purevape.com customer service and product review!!!

Ok I have switched to e-cigarettes for about 5 months and this forum has been a tremendous help with choosing a model and basic answers for new e-cig users such as my self.

I have had recently made a purchase with purevape.com

1x starter kit
1x personal charging case
5x carts

They did ship my item next day as they claim on there shipping page.

Aboutsix days later i recieved my 510 starter kit and after testing out all of the parts I noticed that one of the atomizers was defected and not working, I emailed them about this issue and they agreed to ship 2 brand new atomizers to me for the the "trouble I went through."

There customer service was so quick and efficent that I thought to my self it would be nice to write a review about them and let them get noticed for it. I have now recieved my atomizers and they seem to be in working order. I did like the overall quality of the product and the Joye 510 is an amazing model great vapor great size overall one of the best models I have tried.

I hope this helps other forum members. please respond back letting me know if any of you guys have had any experience with them.
