I have the Innokincell D50 mod, it's stuck in the display "OFF, Click 3X On" I hit the fire button 3 times but it does nothing, it recognizes that I'm hitting the fire button but will not turn on. The light & that display stays on constantly. Is there a way to reset the mod, or clean the fire button or something in order to get it to recognize the button is being pushed 3X? I've searched the internet galore to find help & or answers, but can only find reviews on the mod, so I'm at a stand still. And the Vape shop I bought it from wont help they just made me buy a new one. So I now have a Crebox C75, which isn't as good as my Innokincell, so I'm hoping this one can be saved or revived. Any and all help, tips, tricks, or techniques would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much!!

firstly, you DO click 3x in fast succession right?

this problem usually comes when you have pressed the button a bit too hard many times.

if you know how to disassemble the mod or know someone who does, open it up, and clean out the pcb with some qtips and alcohol, specially where the fire button is touching ... chances are, there is some gunk in there. just make sure to take out the batteries first!

if not, well, go easy on the fire button on your next mod :p

This product is advertised as the first device to utilize Innokin’s revolutionary InnokinCell Vaping Power System LiPo replaceable battery technology. You maybe need to ask for Technical Support @ Vape, Electronic cigarette - Innokin

Its an excellent device.
Innokin gave away 500 of those right here on ECF a while back.
I have one. Very well made.

I would suggest the OP contacting Innokin.
They are registered suppliers here and have awesome customer service.
