Connection problem with the battery if the topper works on the other battery. First two posts likely nailed it. It can also be juice on the battery, or a threading problem on the battery. Be sure to not overtighten the topper on the battery. That'll knock that center pin down to non-working status quite often. Take a toothpick, run it around the center pin to release and lift. Usually, a five second fix, and you usually don't have to mechanically pull the pin up, it just pops up enough to make a good connection. Let us know if that works. Best to you and welcome to the Forum.

I had the same problem last week with an eGo.

Check your contact plate at the end of your batt with a multimeter to make sure you're getting voltage. This will tell you if the battery's got a problem or if it's a contact issue. If you've got voltage, then the head on one of your tanks has pushed the contact plate down into the battery so it can't make contact with shorter reach heads. There are vids on this, essentially use a paper clip or your multimeter leads to dig into the rubber ring around the contact plate and pry it back up higher so the tank contacts can make contact. Don't screw your tanks on so tight, just snug them up.

If there's no voltage, then there's likely an internal problem with the battery.

I ran into a similar (same?) problem with my evod a few days ago. It took me a few hours to actually figure it out but my coil needed replacement. Not due to an electrical problem but the wick had burnt to the point where it couldn't absorb the liquid. All the sucking to get some vapor also had the effect of killing the 650 mAH battery before I could empty the tank so I thought I needed higher capacity batteries and bought a couple of 1000 mAH replacements. All for the price of a replacement coil.

Still, it's going to be great to have a couple of spare batteries when I'm away from the house all day.
