I finally put most of my vape stuff together in one place, and the only thing that was easy to organize was the e liquids. I've got more stuff coming in the mail, and I'm a little overwhelmed. Sometimes I buy something, only to realize I already had one. I think I may have a shopping problem, which many vapers seem to develop. Lol I've only been vaping since May. *sigh*
Off to the container store? Maybe a lipstick tray would be good for clearos that are filled? I looked at those wood e cig organizers, and some don't really fit my needs, and others are too expensive.
I couldn't figure out how to add an attachment on my iphone (I couldn't click and drag), so I put a pic in my album "my vape stuff" if anyone wants to see what I'm talking about. I'll try to fix this later.

I had the same problem, especially with coil replacements. I finally decided to purchase a tackle box. I can't stand the juice bottles up, but so far none of them seem to be leaking. Also, I can divide everything up between tanks, juice, coils and even slightly larger boxes like those my Protanks came it.

I use a few things to organize my vape gear...
A plastic crate to hold large tools, receipts, and packaging
Tackle box for small tools, wicks, kanthal wire, extra clearomizers, ego batteries, etc.
Lure box for cartos, attys, and drip tips
Man's dresser valet for e-liquid, its divided into 3 sections so I can keep up with new bottles, bottles that are steeping and bottles that are ready to vape
A desk top organizer to hold mods, clearomizers being used, and rechargeable batteries

Here's my method of storing hardware:
  • Shoe boxes for older, less used stuff (801 and 510).
  • Plastic shoe box for RBA supplies.
  • Plastic school supply boxes to separate DC cartos, carto-tanks with SC replacement cartos, SC cartos, changeable coil clearos, 808/901 supplies, and the box that looks like a book has non-changeable coil clearos.
  • Color-coded tupperware for eGo batteries (green is VV, red is 650mah, purple is 900/1000mah)
  • Flowery make-up case for 306, 510, and 510-T atties. I really don't have that many. But, they're divided into categories in several space-consuming plastic containers inside the make-up case.
  • Long plastic school supply box for non VV mods.
  • Under that is a black case with 3 plastic boxes with sections for different drip tips, cones, adapters, and miscellaneous plastics).
Further down the shelf, out of site:
  • Small box of my few VV mods.
  • 2 shoe boxes of juice (one for DIY, one for pre-made).
Then, of course, there's plastic box of chargers, separate plastic boxes for IMR and non-IMR batteris, and a metal box for charging li-on and imr batteries.

Whew! I need a vape!

These unfinished cigar boxes from Joann’s are good light-tight storage for juice. You can finish or decorate them however you wish. The 3d carbon vinyl you can get on eBay makes for a good juice-proof liner.

The storage cabinet with every other shelf removed came from Amazon. I covered the shelves with gray 3d carbon vinyl from eBay. The vinyl also covers the interior sides of the cabinet to hide the slots with no shelves.

This Eight Drawer Wood Tool Chest came from Harbor Freight when it was on sale. I use it for my other vaping gear.

I haven't gotten around to taking photos but I store most of my PVs in this Rolodex Mesh Spinning Sorter, Black from Amazon. It's a bit more compact than the wooden mod stands but doesn't protect the PV finishes as well.

That would be perfect for my DIY flavorings! I don't have enough to fill it up yet. But, at this rate . . . . .

Once we finally get a house and I can start keeping more stuff out (and not in the top of a closet), I would love to get both of these. The first for my DIY flavoring. The second for all my really frequently used stuff that I want to keep really close at hand.

I use this (sorry, no picture yet) and this: for all the stuff I keep out. That's all I can keep out with all the grandkids around right now, until I get my own room with a lock on the door. Even this stuff I have to put in the top of the closet whenever I leave the house (just in case).

Wow! All I can say is I feel much better about my purchases now :p I've only been at this for about 3 months but all my stuff fits in one plastic sectioned container from the fishing tackle area in Walmart. I got one that is tall enough to stand 10, 15, and 30 ml juice bottles up.

Just wait until you've been at it for 2 or 3 years!

It doesn't help that I don't get rid of things as I move on. And, I really do occasionally use the old stuff, even the 801s. I may not use them often. But, they're kind of fun every once in a while.

To hold all my vaping stuff in a small footprint, I use a couple of Sterilite small 3-drawer units stacked on top of each other.

30ml bottles of liquid laid on their side will fit in the drawers; I've had no problems with leakage but of course, that depends on the type of bottle.

Sterilite - Storage: Drawers

I use these too. I started with one 5 drawer unit and have since added another. They are perfect!

LOL...I don't get rid of anything either. I will likely have tons of stuff at a couple of years. I thought I was buying a lot and was right at first. Now, I've got my Vamo and lots of clearos of various kinds, my spinner for and starter eGo's for backup, my eRoll for mobility and survivability when riding. I'm still on the juice hunt but have a few standards. Next purchase is probably wire and wick to try rebuilding ProTanks, MT3's, and EVOD's. Next hobby step, here we come! :D

Speaking of cheap, I wonder if there's some way to fancy up those Sterilite sets of drawers. I've got a few in storage. Whenever I get them out, I could just decorate them maybe?

Oh, well. I have about 6 months before I'll be able to use them anyway. Lots of time for my imagination to try out a few ideas!
