It seems to not be making contact. What tank are you using? Does it have an adjustable pin? Do you have another tank to try?
I don't have another tank and I am using the cs air tank as it was recommended to me for this device and I have no idea bout the pin, please help. Thank you

I am not familiar with this specific tank.
Some of these tanks have an adjustable 510 pin in the bottom of the tank. If you turn the tank upside down and look at the pin in the center it would have a slot for a screwdriver if it's adjustable. If it does try turning it just a tiny amount (1/4 to 1/2 turn), and try the tank again.
If it is not adjustable, make certain the coil is snugly installed in the tank. Some tanks have a spring loaded 510 pin that when the coil is installed it slightly extends the 510 pin connection so that it makes contact when used on the mod.
I don't have any experience with TC mods yet, but make certain you are in variable wattage/voltage mode using this tank (unless it has a tc coil in).

Well..... If it has an adjustable 510 pin on the tank you could try giving it another 1/4 to 1/2 turn. If it doesn't you might try using a 510 adapter on the mod and see if it will work (longshot, but the depth might be different on the adapter).
You could try calling a friend to see if they have a tank you can try, or go to a local vape shop and let someone look at it.

Where is the pin located, on the very top of the bottom or on the rim? I have noticed a screwdriver hole on the rim. Thank you
If you turn the tank upside down and look down at the bottom of the tank, you'll see the threaded end that screws into the mod. In the center of this is a round "pin" which makes contact with the 510 pin in the mod. If it has a slot for a screwdriver ... this is where you would turn 1/4 to 1/2 turn to make the this pin protrude "slightly" past the round threads...it doesn't take much.

The issue in that thread is possibly the coil is not making contact with this 510 pin inside the base of the tank. Try swapping out the coil to see if another coil will work.
Delicate option. -- AT YOUR OWN RISK --- Take the coil out, and use a small screwdriver and gently push down on the inside of the 510 pin to make certain it isn't "stuck". If it's wedged in the bottom of the tank tightly it will not make the necessary contact. Some of these tanks have a small spring in there and you must be sure not to damage it or anything else if it does.

try to remove the tank and with a screwdriver see if the center pin (brass one) on the mode is springy... is it?
If you screwed the tank to tight to the mod you could have compromised the 510 pin.

I had the same problem with my Istick ,40. The problem. Was NOT the istick40tc but the screw had backed out on the negative post of my atty. I tightened the screw and no more problems.
I would say you either need to tighten the screws or replace the head.
maybe the wire on the +pin of the 510 connection ( in the mod) is loose.... it happens 
Inside the cap, where you attach your resistance wire COIL. That is ONLY for RDA's.
