New to vaping. Hello from Florida

Hey everyone, I'm Jason. I have been a smoker for just under 20 years. Figured I'd try to quit smoking by vaping. I started with a cheap e-go battery and cheap clearomizer with some Chinese juice. I asked myself how could anyone ever enjoy this.

I went to a shop here in town and bought an itaste vv v3.0 kit. This worked better, but their juices weren't good at all. Non name brands, and just awful taste. I didn't give up though. I went to other shops around town and came across one I really like. They sell brand name USA made juices. They sell Pink Spot, Halo, Kustom, Gremlin Juice, Namberjuice, and many others. I tried many flavors. The first was Pink Spot Atomic Fireball. I liked it, but still wasn't something I could use to get me off analogs.

Then it was pink spot gummy bear. Tasted great in the store, but wasn't for me after a few days. Next up was Gremlin juice, blue gremlin. Same result, tastes great, but not something to do all day. Still smoking a pack a day...

Last week, I got some of the Halo Tribeca. Ummmm... Holy cow! This stuff is amazing! That is all my dbox puritank ever sees now for the all day vaping. Still do the others at times but the tribeca goes everywhere with me.

Now because of the tribeca, I have been off analogs for just under a week.

This is a pic of my current set up. I'm about to buy a sigelei legend and kayfun lite.

Good luck! I am six weeks not smoking and loving it.
Even without buying anything more than an evod starter kit, it was so much better than the cig-a-likes that failed for me half a dozen times before. I am still amazed that $40 to start kit (spent more now!) Got me to quit so easily.

Hsvent bought anything fancy yet but have lots of clearos for my egos and have found some tasty, even if cheap juice (loving high caliber popcorn right now).

When I first met a "vaper" a couple of years ago his flashlight style homade mod and funky dripper looked like lunacy to me. Oh how little I knew!
He did bum a lot of smokes off of me tho.
This is a great time to live/vape in. So much cool, inexpensive hardware that is maturing before our eyes!

I am in Pensacola Beach. Tampa is a bit too far for me to go.

Congratulations on being persistent! I've only been smoke free for almost 1 week using an eGo-T. I'm looking at getting a vv 3.0 also. Juices are hit and miss, but if you found a great one for you, fantastic!

Congrats to you! I found the same thing, I was only able to quit analogs after finding eliquid flavors I liked more than tobacco. One other thing that helped was bumping the nic level a little higher, but that's me!
