Hey group, I am a long time vaper, but I tend more towards the bigger units and have not really kept up with the latest and greatest in the smaller devices.

My sis called me today and she is ready to start, but with her current overloaded exec life and family complications, she just cannot do all the research so she called the "expert". Well, I told that what I use (the big batt models with dripping or tanks) might not be suitable for her on the go constant lifestyle.

I am thinking of getting her started with an 808 type with all the accessories to keep her "charged" and with extra batteries and chargers.

Look at a great kit with Bloog, but the kit has auto batts and I don't really want her to start that way. So I am looking for good kits with manual batteries, and PCC, passthrough, USB charger, cartos and several juices. Price is not really the big issue here, I just know that when she leaves the house in the morning, she has usb and cig lighter connection in car, has wall and usb at work, but is on the run with not much time to concentrate on getting all batts charged, ya da ya da, we all know the drill.

I do hope that if it goes well for her that she will eventually go to a bigger unit or Mod but right now, I think I need to get her into something that is easy and small enough that it won't feel like a power tool in her hand.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. She is beginning to have some health issues that have put her in the frame of mind to be receptive at this point.

By the way, this will all be done by phone with her on the other line will we look over choices, as she about 4 hours away.

Take a look at the Smokelessimage Volt. It has kits that are customizable, you can pick the battery type(auto/maual), color, size, etc that you want in the kit. I got one a few weeks ago for on the go and it's a nice little kit and a better price than Bloog after shipping. I think after a year I might be able to get my mom off analogs with it which is a big accomplishment as I've tried everything under the sun.

I don't usually recommend auto batteries but I've found with new vapors they always want it so I got one of each with the kit and the auto surprised me, it worked awesome with no misfires at all like the others I've tried. Might want to at least get one of each in the kit if you go with the volt if she's a new vapor, then she can choose to get another battery if she wants.

I thank you all for your advice, and I think since she is so anxious and money is not really the object, I think I will have her try both, get her set up good, it's all interchangeable and she will be set up with two really good vendors, and that's a far better start than most have.... I have dealt with V4L and they are really great and I have seen enough good reviews on the Volt to know it is great too.

Thanks all....

I would HIGHLY suggest the volt:

Smokeless Image | Only The Best Electronic Cigarette | Volt - Pro Starter Kit - Starter Kits

Coupon: heatwave

You can customize the order any way you want. Either auto or manual, color of the LED, color of the battery, and either flavored or blank cartos. Also, you can get some great juices from these vendors:

Alien Visions E-Juice (yes, volt cartos work great with the vg juices from AVE)

Personally, I'd recommend the ego so you don't need all the extras but if she wants a K808, I'd recommend the V4L.

Out of the small pvs, this is just my personal opinion I think you get the best vape with a 510. After that, the V4L XL with the cool carts, then the Volt. The V4L wins out because of the XL batteries. I think the vape is fairly similiar.
