There is no such thing as optimal settings. The reason it's vv/vw is because some people like low power and some people like high power. And, for the few months I've been vaping with the mvp 2 I've used an aspire mini, altough it produced a lot of vape compared to an evod, it's still no way near "BIG THICK hits". When you say that I think of drippers. IF you want bigger hits, this may sound crazy, get an iTaste CLK 1280 and a TOBH atti dripper. Build a 1.3ohm coil and vape it 5 volts. Vape a max vg and your life will change.

The reason I suggest this is because it's super cheap. I mean like 20 bucks for each item. And if it's big clouds you want, you'll surely get em.

Hope I helped!

With all Vv / Vw APV's you can choose watts or volts, you are either in watt mode or voltage mode, one or the other not both at the same time.
Whichever you adjusted or checked last is the mode you're in.

The point in owning a variable power device is being able to vary the power to find your own personal 'sweet spots' using a wide variety flavors, pg/vg ratio's, and resistance of delivery device.

Pick watts or volts, start off at a low setting and gradually work your way up in power taking a vape or three at each setting until you find what you're looking for in vape quality. If you get a hint of burnt taste turn it down a little.
Vaping is all about personal preferences, power settings are just another variable of individual / personal preferences, there are no best or optimal power settings.

On my mvp i run nauti mini on 9.5 watts decent cloud and fantastic taste works perfectly for me

Topwater is spot on there just work your way up till you find what your looking for also if you after huge clouds Daniel has hit nail on the head you need to be using a RDA
