I'm currently in the process of creating two dual 26650 box mods, one of which is going to house the Naos Raptor, but the second will completely mechanical with the 26650's wired in series. My issue with this will be the use of it primarily running my atty's @ .3-.8ohms, Most of the tamper-proof momentary push button switches I've found are only rated for 5A-15A, and I'll be easily doubling that with this mod.

I need help finding another momentary switch that will still work or any other suggestions would be nice.

Here's a preview of the rough work where it'll be mounted and fired with the user's index finger.

What about something like this:

Narva 60040BL Momentary ON Push Button Horn Switch 16Amp 12 Volt 16 AMP | eBay

It's rated to 16A at 12V so should be good for you I'd say all the way down to at least 22A with 8.4V or less running through it

for reference 0.3 ohm with 2x Sony 26650VT's should get you about 28A so 'should' be pretty OK, maybe not as safe as it could be but should be OK, maybe build to 0.4-0.5ohm and be a little safer with around 20A

3a switch will work just fine. mine is dual parallel vtc5. power my .2 ohm dripper tank without burning the switch.
small enough to fit in this small powerbank...

You really shouldn't be commenting on here if you think for a second that switching potentially 20A + with a switch rated for 3A "will work just fine"...

All switches have a duty cycle, a decent switch may be up in the 100K before failure (at it's rated current)...your switch may work for a while but it will fail...and I hope for your sake that it fails in the "open" status and it doesn't weld itself closed...having said that, enjoy your vape...

Or use a mosfet and use a non-rated switch:

I'm sorry to revive this but I am in the process of doing a box mod with three 18650's in parallel. I plan on using a MOSFET like as shown. But I am just puzzled because I've never worked with one more and I am not an electrical engineer lol. What is this gate to source 15k connecting those two pins on it.
