It should be fine, especially if those are the devices you are going to use them on. They will read the resistance and adjust power accordingly (VW mode) so it should not be an issue.
I have an eVic, 2 iTaste VVs (v2), 2 iTaste VVs (v3) and an iTaste VTR. What I have noticed is that the eVic and the VV v2 are pretty consistent, BUT the VV v3 and VTR (when it works properly) are consistently +/- .1 ... What I mean is this, the eVic and VV v2 will read my 2.2ohm coil as 2.2 ohms, BUT the VTR and VV v3 will read the exact same coil as 2.3 ohms ... each group remains consistent though. I suspect this has to do with the power sensing algorithms, and either rounding up or down according to the device (purely speculation though).
Either way, it should not matter for the purposes you want to use it for. The readings should be close enough to keep you in the safe zone!
