Ordered mine from VapeNW. Hopefully should have it by Wednesday. Note: It does not have bottom airflow. Those holes are for postless coils (If you prefer). They're for triple and quad-coil setups.

Just got a V4s last weekend but wish I would've chosen this one. Good airflow options & great flavor on the v4s, but man does it leak! Even with the bottom airflow covered it leaks.

The Mutation X v2 was my first rda, the diagonal holes in the AFC spoil it as they produce poor flavor (for me). I like the new deck but it still has the diagonal holes.

It arrived today in the mailbox. I just need to wait a few hours before I can put a build on it. I am thinking quad-coil, 24 gauge K-A1, 2.4 mm ID, and however many wraps I need for about .18 ohms on a dual 18650 parallel mech.

I'm going to shoot for .16 with an 8/7 wrap on each coil. Thank you Steam Engine.

Yep. I liked the look of the V4 so much that I bought two - stainless steel and copper. Huge mistake and both are loooong gone. I'm guessing the V5 is MUCH better, with the bottom airflow mercifully abandoned.

I have the v4 clone and love it. I drip a little into the well and paint the wick/coils a little, and it vapes like a dream for me. Just giving some props to the poor unwanted v4.

I've tried almost every hole combo you can think of on this thing. The best for flavor imo is using the limited airflow slots on the side all the way open with the top closed. If you want clouds then open it all the way up with the completely open slots on the side and the top open. If that makes sense.

Not my pic. But a helpful image none the less. My first build was a quad coil @ .38 ohms. The build I just did is a dual coil build at .49 ohms. There's definitely better air flow with the dual coil build as the quad coils take up significantly more room. Especially if you remove the tower posts and build on the deck platform on duals. I've only got 6 of the 9 holes open and it hits great with good flavor and decent clouds.

I don't think I'l ever bother with a sextuple build, but a quad is nice.

Yep. The side airflow is tricky for me. Needs to just be a tiny bit open with the top all open. Only had it 2 days but I'm thinking I wish I could put it on my squonker. My new standard for getting max. flavor!
