Mono propylene glycol vs propylene glycol

Propylene Glycol (PG) USP/EP is a pharmaceutical grade of Monopropylene Glycols (PG or MPG) with a specified purity greater than 99.8%.

I would stick with USP grade PG for DIY.

From Diamond Crystal PG 100ml - L&T it does not say anything about USP and pharma grade. Does that mean I should look out for somewhere else?

No, normally when buying from a vape-related vendor, then they will only have pharma-grade products as that's the norm for this segment, and will hence be the case atleast for all well known and respected vendors... It was more in regards to buying PG/VG without nic otherplaces, where many different grades are frequently available for different applications... The place you linked to sells also PG and VG without nic and under those product pages they are listed as pharma-grade...

It says "Pharmaceutical/Food Grade for making and/or diluting your vape liquids 100ml bottle.
Doe that make any sense? Is it pharma grade or food grade? Can't it be only one?

In short, it's fine

Longer explanation is that pharma VG/PG is food-grade too when it's pharma-grade as pharma-grade is the same or stricter than food-grade standards... Then there's also another issue, which is that when buying drums of pharma PG/VG and rebottling it, then you can only legally call your rebottled product also for pharma-grade if you repack it in a clean-room and overhold all other rebottling precautions and labeling etc I believe, so many that sell food-grade VG and when you mail them about it, then they state it comes to them as pharma-grade, but cannot be resold as pharma-grade "only" food-grade...
