Aside from esthetics I wonder why many vapers are concerned with overhang? The only MOD that you can't put any tank is one with a recessed 510.
Who cares about overhang. My Big Buddha overhangs a small amount on my RX200 and it hasn't bothered me in the least

Yihi G class not out yet but from the spec's I've read the 30mm tank will hang over...

No it does not, seems almost designed for 30mm tanks.
Somebody posted a pic in the g class thread with a 30mm on it.

I think the measurments on that site are off, dlbsvapes did a measurement in a video and it was 31mm wide.

Yep, one thing for sure.... Yihi keeps all guessing what really will come out, if anything.... LOL.... we've been waiting since August..... and are still waiting for the SX-Pure... it never came out...

I find that it looks like crap, as though you bought two separate eras of something.
It's like a 21" black and white TV with a Roku and XBox hooked up.

Yes, aesthetics are important. I don't have to buy some mismatched items to vape. I want it to look nice as well as vape nice.
I think there's also some performance issues... bigger tanks need more powerful mods. Sure, you could build a 1.5 ohm coil in a 30 mm Scottua, but it might take a while to go through 10 ml of juice on an eGo pen lol

I got one of my old ML class mods out last week. I had to return it to the stash box because I forgot the lower limit on the manual TCR is not as low as the NiFe52 I'm running needs.
Plus, both of them have an odd behavior where the temp shows 32F instead of the actual vaping temp. Way weird ohm readings too. Vapes fine, performs like it should. Just screwed up display numbers.
I'll wait on the release and the user verdict.
Not going to do any Sieglei mods.
I'd like something in a Yihi, DNA, or FSK chip.
Then again, I'm pretty happy with the mods and tanks I have.
I have a 30mm Steam Crave Plus on the way.
I measured from the edge of my 25mm Supreme to the beginning of the edge-radius on a Boxer last night. It's 3/32" (2.38mm) to the beginning and just enough to the edge.
I think Ginger Vaper designed it for 30mm atty fitment.
And @Eskie is right, overhang mutes flavor and probably blunts' flavor too
Apostrophe placement can mute blunts or blunt mutes.
End apostrophe misplacement now.
