bought this around 6 weeks ago for a great price. arrived yesterday (think the slow boat took the super-scenic route).
the geek vape mech pro...hardly an inspired name but hey-ho.
packaging great as i expect from geek vape. the mod is very well finished with both panels fitting snugly with zero rattle.
out of the box the firing button was a wee bit hit-and-miss. firing when it felt like it. sprayed wd-40 contact cleaner through the gap above the lock slider and let it dry (with the cells removed obviously). that did the trick. it's no lightweight. 440g with the cells fitted and the medusa RDA on top.
the medusa RDA then...easy to wick (i'm kind of using it as a cross between an RDA and an RTA) but i underestimated the size of the deck when i fitted these coils (combined at 0.18ohms) so will stick something slightly more svelte in next build.
it hits hard with 2x18650s fitted (don't have any plans to use just the 1) and the heft feels good in the hand. nice one geek vape. it's a keeper.

Looks nice :). It’s parallel yes?
I’m always worried by protruding button mechs (I have a bad history with them involving burned pants) but I notice it’s fused so you may be ok. Might want to take note of what fuse in case you have to buy another.
parallel, yes. no more serial mechs for me
the fire button is quite stiff (firm i suppose) so it won't go off in the pocket...not in my pocket at least as it'll be the only thing in it. lock button is easy to use though if that were a concern. good call with the fuse!

a wee update. did another build...this time on one of the dead rabbits (sorry wee guy ).
2 x 0.45 fused claptons and wicked with rayon. here they are smothered in my DIY cola cube liquid (which is tasty...forgotten i'd mixed it so it has been steeping for about a month!)...
much happier with it. just a nice amount of heat and dense, dense, vapour. yup...me and the mech pro are getting along.

Same here. I had a battery in this mech explode in a pants pocket. Lucky I wasn't wearing the pants at the time.
