Lost Mary Turbo Not Hitting – Flashing White When I Hit It

I just bought a Lost Mary Turbo and fully charged it, but it’s not hitting at all. When I try to use it, the device just flashes white. Has anyone else dealt with this issue? Is there a fix, or is it just not going to work?
