Hey everyone,

A customer reached out to me with an issue they're having with their Lost Mary MO20000 vape device. They said the screen is showing "Short Circuited." Here's how I responded:

The "Short Circuited" message on your Lost Mary MO20000 vape device typically indicates that there is a short circuit somewhere in the device's wiring or connections. This can happen if the wires are damaged, if there is liquid or debris causing a connection issue, or if there is a problem with the coil or atomizer.

To troubleshoot this issue, I recommend:

  1. Stop Using Immediately: Discontinue use of the disposable vape to prevent any potential safety hazards.
  2. Check Connections: Make sure all connections, including the battery, coil, and atomizer, are securely attached and free from any debris.
  3. Inspect Wiring: Look for any visible damage or signs of wear on the wiring.
  4. Replace Coil: If the issue persists, try replacing the coil or atomizer to see if that resolves the problem.
  5. Contact Manufacturer: If you're still experiencing issues, it's best to reach out to the manufacturer for further assistance or to inquire about warranty coverage.
  6. Change Another Disposable Vape
Now, I'm curious to hear from you all. If you were in this situation, what steps would you take to address the "Short Circuited" message on your vape device?
