anyone know of a site that sells stainless steel or glass syringes with blunt tip needles at a good price. wanting a range of 1-10 ml. been doing DIY a couple weeks and already tired of the disposibles. the ones i have lost the printed numbers after one cleaning.

Cover the numbers with packing tape, or clear nail polish (if you have that. I know I don't).

I've never heard of stainless steel syringes. Check Amazon for glass syringes. It's not the easiest thing to buy these online.

It's a square end but it fits in any Luer Lock Syringe. I ordered a 10-pack of 35cc plastic syringes and these 12ga needles. They connect no problem. I wasn't specifically searching for SS, just something in 12ga and this was the only thing I could find on Amazon.

Glass syringes are very easy to buy online. These are the cheapest I know of and also excellent quality. Invest in 1 or 2 and they will last you forever. They blow the cheap ones away, which do not last very long.

Far as needles, the best assortment of sizes come from here. 14, 16, and 18g in 2 inch and 3 inch. I use mostly 100 VG and have sizes ranging from 14g to 18G. A good quality syringe will make an 18G needle work great w/VG. The Zattys need filled with 18g for example

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I have strong google-fu, yet had become frustrated with a ton of sites that seem to sell them, yet apparently are intended to be used by university laboratories etc.

Very much appreciate the link

I've got some all-glass syringes, and frankly, they suck for juicemaking. They're just not accurate enough. Let me see if I can get a picture here to show why, but the problem is that the glass and O-ring design they use doesn't let them get everything out of the syringe, so they end up being horribly inaccurate.

OK, here we go. This is my all-glass 5cc syringe with the plunger pushed all the way down for an example of what I'm talking about:

Thanks Dspin, IVe been looking for these also, the prices there are so much more reasonable than the places Ive seen. As far as stainless steel syringes, Ive only seen them on Ebay, either they are antiques or very, very expensive. I remember seeing a stainless steel one at a vaping site a long time ago, but it was about 40ish? But cant find it now.

I see why you dont like that, I wouldnt either. HOWEVER, the ones I use from linked site - they use NO O-rings. They are precision made and measuring is perfect

Your welcome Ike, all my friends that use these love them, its weird how well they work, no o-rings to go bad, just glass within glass. When you use one the first time, you wonder how its going to suck up anything, They are a thing of beauty for sure.

Wish they sold a 3ml. 2ml is kinda too small, so 5ml would be your best buy of all of them for getting the most use of unless your going to be using them for large amts. Then get an even bigger one.

LOL

I already ordered (as in minutes ago) 6 1ml and 2 2ml syringes. I only really need these for the flavors as I am ok re-using one over and over for the base unflavored nic mix. I just want to dump my flavor syringes into a tub of hot water after use and my attempt at nail polish on my plastic ones resulted in some white opaque coating that ruined them (cheap nail polish I guess).

Anyhow, already ordered. Just need to find a couple of 12 gauge needles for my nic solution and I should be good!
