light keeps flashing, fully charged

does it start flashing immediately, or does it take five seconds or so to start? Mine, and the other two people I know who have ego-t, do the same thing even on a full charge, after 5 to 7 seconds. I personally think it is a protection circuit to keep the coil from burning out from running for too long at a time (this is just my guess, though).if it starts flashing immediately, that would tend to indicate that it's not getting correctly charged. Has your head shop turned you on to a new charger to try?

If the battery acts normally when connected to a charger, but every time you try to use it the fire button immediately begins flashing - something caused the protection circuit in the battery to trip and it is now non-functional. The condition can't be fixed if the protection circuit has been permanently tripped.

What device were you using on the battery and what resistance was it? Low resistance devices - 1.8 ohms or lower - can cause the protection circuit to trip to prevent a battery explosion.

my head shop can't figure out why my fully charged eGO-T pen keeps flashing? any suggestions?

Those lights flash when your battery needs to be charged or when the protection circuit gets activated. But they should stop flashing when either the battery is charged or the atomizer causing the circuit to go into protection mode is removed. Is it possible that some ejuice got into the battery? Did you have a leak from your topper? The opening around the fire button on eGo-class batteries is not sealed and juice can get into the battery in case of a sudden flood. :)

If it won't stop flashing, the battery is damaged--as Rick explained above. Ask for a replacement.

Have you tried to turn the battery off and back on again to "reboot" it. Sometimes it works.
