Are you priming the atomizer? If so, stop priming it. If that doesn't work, just use a little bit less juice in the carts. However, I'd recommend just not using the carts and dripping 2-3 drops on the atomizer. It works the best and is the least messy. But if you do want to use carts and still have the leaking problem, look into using one of the cart mods, such as the ZFM or straw mod.

I am not priming at all since i am not letting it go totally dry. It has a mod type filler in it that is like the blue filler just white. This atty wont fit any of my 510 drip tips since it is HUGE so short of ripping out the filler, dripping is inconvenient. I got it since it holds a tin of juice, just wish i could get it to function right. Might try the ptb mod if i can't get it to work right.

I have the same problem with the standard 510 atm actually, I tried ZFM and it worked initially, but then leaked all the juice out.

I think we both need to continue to look into what fillers are available and try them out.

I have a feeling that polyfill and a cut straw (shortened so it wont tough the bridge, but long enough to help retain the juice due to that physics effect, you know the one im talking about.. 0;) ) could work well.

Keep trying different things, I find that my 401 carts are great for holding juice with polyfill and for blue foam, but my 510 isn't good with bluefoam, I haven't tried polyfill out in it yet but think it'll probably need to be slightly more compact compared to the 401 style cart (the juice holder part of this particular cart is a tiny pallet)
