Kangertech Subox Mini

I've got 3 subox Minis, all bought from the same place, at the same time. One has been used every day, the others were still new in the box until today. With my used one, after I build the coil and put it together, it reads .5 ohm just fine. But I can take that tank and put it on the unused box mods and they both read .33 ohms. Is there a connection problem or is it possible that I got 2 counterfeit mods?

Your tank reading 0.33Ω on the two new Subox Mini's and 0.5Ω on the one you've been using every day leads me to thinking your 510 connection (mod) and 510 pin (tank) might be dirty.

Clean the 510 connection on the Subox Mini that you've been using every day. Also clean the 510 pin on your tank. While you're at it clean the Subox battery contacts. Then retry.

A q-tip and alcohol will clean those nicely.

If you are still seeing the same resistances then there is likely a difference between the electronics in the Subox you use versus the two new ones.

You bought all three from the same place, I wouldn't think the two unused mods are counterfeit.

I honestly don't remember but I want to say I bought them straight from the kangertech site a looong time ago. They're all kbox mini, not subox mini-c. They're discontinued now, I believe. The tanks are subtank Mini, which is what comes in the kits.

Most things from KangerTech have gone off the shelves for many years ago, but I have seen SubBox on clearance here in Norway.
Was just before I bought one too.
Wonder if it had 18650 and aluminum.
