Kangertech evod battery not working : please help

Hi, I recently switched the battery to my kangertech evod vape & is brandnew, but for some reason stopped working after a day of be using it. It was charged so I know that's not the issue.. the button usually lights up when pressed & now for some reason does not light up at all...
I haven't dropped my vape or anything so I don't understand why it would just stop working out of the blue like that...
Somebody please help me..

Does the top part of the battery turn at all? Where the threads are?

Just buy some more. These things are disposable and QC is somewhere around non-existent. Fortunately, they are very cheap so buy a few.

Do you know that the battery is turned on/off by pressing the button 5 times? Have you tried that?

Welcome and glad you joined. If you purchased the kit with two batteries/mods, does the other function as it suppose to? If so, might want to see if non functioning tank/atomizer will work on the known functioning one. You may have a bad tank/atomizer and both batteries/mods are working correctly.
Could also try three additional avenues of inquiry:
Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.

Hi Kendra Parent. Welcome to the ECF.

It could be as lil_buddy mentioned that your Mod is Turned Off. And on some Mods, you have to click the Power Button 5 Times Very Fast.

If that doesn't work, do you have a Shop that Sells e-Cigarettes in your Area that you could take it to and have them Check it Out?
